Suggestions Anyone

First, please excuse my bed...It doesn't always look that messy, LOL. I'm looking for a chic & sexy fit to go with these boots!! I'm definitely thinking of rocking some leggings but top wise, I'm completly @ a lost. The boots are a grayish/black color....Any suggestions??? This fit is for the club which I haven't been in a loooooooooong time (perfer lounges now more than ever!!) but for my boo's bday's, I make the exception ;)

Ok So....

I've envisioned this new look of me this year & I actually think I can pull this one off!!! I literally see it in my head every dang day so I've chucked it up as this is what the new me is too look like....Phase one will take place nxt wknd so hopefully you guys will see those pics no later than the 13th of nxt mth since we will be celebrating someones bday (she shall remain nameless right now) and since we know how to party....It will take a few days to recover, LOL. I hope I LOVE this look because even though it looks right mentally, it may not look so hot in person!!

Am I the ONLY one who's not following this whole Chrihanna scenario??? I was so over this the day after it happened. However, the world is still very much involved, smdh. What amazes me is how everyyyyone else has a spin on this incident as if they were there and if you were there, why didn't you help??? I think its time we & the media walk away from this sad incident and allow these two young individuals move forward with their lives!!!



Oh & for all of those who are chanting "CHRIS IS GOING DOWN", "HE CAN KISS HIS CAREER GOODBYE" & "IT'S OVER FOR YOU CHRIS" need to go sit themselves in a corner somewhere & shut it because you guys were the same people talking ish about R.Kelly pissing all over the place but yet ya'll still running around buying his cds, smdh.

Quick Note...

Ok so this is just a random post because I can't contain my excitement....For the last week I've been on a mental pause due to all the tasks I have lined up on my To Do List of 09. There's one HUGE and special goal I've really been busting my derriere on and this evening, I've made a break through. I would love to go into full details with you guys on this one, but until its almost finalized....I have to keep this one under wraps. Trust, I will keep you guys updated!!!

Need To Step My iTunes Game Up!!!

Ok so I have this 8GB Nano with exactly 6.8GB of free space....How lame am I??? LOL, LOL...I must really dedicate a day to compile all of my favorite songs & albums and fill up all this free space!!!

I have a problem with remembering song titles and artist so feel free to leave comments of your hottest songs you feel I would enjoy so I can add those to my list as well!!!

So far I know there are about three songs I want from Coldplay, a few tunes from T.I., Amerie, Jennifer Hudson, Bey, J.Holiday, Anita Baker, Taylor Swift, Adele, ughhhhh sadly that's all I can remeber off the top of my head but I did make a little list of other tunes while @ work on Thursday of songs I loveeeee the most while listening to the radio. Hopefully I'll be able to post another blog stating, "Guys guess what....I've used up all available space" hehehehehehehehehe

My mini-me has come down with a really bad cold :( Normally he goes about his day as if nothing is wrong when he's sick. However, this cold seems to be winning the battle.

Sooooo....

This is how I looked when I fell asleep watching TV with my little big man (yea I don't think I've ever mentioned that my 10yr old is almost my height...which is 5'8). I was suppose to hit the gym today after work but realized I was really tired and just wanted to get home. Since the week doesn't leave enough time for us to spend some down time together, I decided we'll lay up on the sofas and watch some good ole TV....Let's just say he watched loads of TV while peeking to see if mommy was ever going to get up, smh....Hence the reason why I'm up blogging so late

Thankkkkk goodness for the long wknd!!!Tomorrow I will begin my new membership classes for the church I've recently joined (yayyy me) following that up with a Valentines Day brunch with my boo's (my girls closest to me), my mini me & my goddaughter whom I loveee to death!!! After that, I've decided to take some me time and hit the salon for a nice wash & set then head straight to the nail salon for a nice and relaxing mani & pedi :). Sunday evening my girls & I are gathering for our monthly girls nite (Minus Peg's but we'll forgive her this time...Maybe, LOL). Then I will end this lovely weekend by doing nothing but relaxing allll day Monday....Welll I'll get up to hit the gym but after that, the bed and I will become the best of friends for the rest of the day!!!

Having a Severe Amorous Moment....

Not because Valentines day is coming up but all the time recently. Have you ever had that one person that no matter what goes down, just the sound of their voice or the sight of their face takes you away from every negative thing trying to invade your whole being?? Well HE does it to me all the time.....

This is how I feel....

Mostly everyday!!! What's crazy is when I'm happy, people always want to question why are you so damn happy, smh. Did something have to happen to cause my happiness??? & because you've made it your business to go through life miserable for no damn reason I'm suppose to do the same??? Man please, life is way to short to walk around in pure misery!! I'm happy because I'm able to wake up every morning & thank god for allowing me to see another wonderful day....I'm happy because I get to see my pride & joy every day when I wake up & before I close these beautiful brown eyes....I'm happy that I've been blessed with my job, apartment, clothes, food, air, shit you see it, I'm happy I got it!!! So instead of looking at me like I'm crazy because I'm walking around to damn happy, look at yourself and ask why are you so damn miserable ;)

How I've been looking the past few weeks!!!! I've found myself twice waking up in the middle of the night next to my laptop asking myself when did I even fall asleep....My constant thoughts of how all this hard work will pay off in the long run as well as Peg's and my bro Dre's verbal reinforcement of this statement are the only things which keep me on this 24hr grind!!!! My faith in what god has in store for my future also gives me the fuel I need to stay up those extra hours doing what I do. I want to say THANK YOU to you guys for all your support and motivation because honestly, I really wouldn't be going IN as hard as I am without you two!!!!!!!!!

I would also like to take this time out to THANK BCU, Zara, Jillian & Brother's B for all the inspirational words you guys have left on various blogs!!! You guys are THE best :)

My name is Adina & I'm an addict....An addict of Blackberry of course :) I'm come to the understanding I have a SEVEREEEEEEEEE addiction when it comes to my phone....If only Tmo would incorporate Rollover mins in there packages, things will be that much better!!! I honestly can NOT stand talking on the phone whether its my cell or land line....If it wasn't required to verbally interact with my brokers, I probably wouldn't even answer my job line, smh....I have to admit my addiction is bad but hey, who cares??? I still communicate with everyone....Just through email, text, IM & BBM (Blackberry Messenger which is super awesome!!!)

I'm patiently awaiting for the new Curve pictured above to become avail as to my 8300 is on the verge of calling it quits!! Its been a wonderrrful ride with my lovely Curve but our time together must come to an end :(....I'm sure I'll find the same pleasures I've received from you with your twin and I'll even dress it up with a pretty new hot pink skin case....Ummmm I just realized I'm overly excited about this phone sooo I'll just end this post with a note to Tmo.......HURRY THE HELL UP ALREADY DAMN IT!!! LOL.
